Beautiful and comfortable slides
I have been wanting to try a pair of Beeks sandals for a while and these did not disappoint. I typically wear an 8 1/2 and despite the recommendation to size up, I ordered an eight and they fit perfectly. I was worried if I ordered a half size up that they would stretch out the foot bed is very comfortable andthe color is a beautiful muted platinum. I’m looking forward to when I can order another pair in a different style.

really loose after first wear
I had high hopes for these sandals but after the first wear they were really loose and got super wrinkled. After 3 wears, they slip right off and look so worn out as if I’ve had them for years. Totally not worth the money especially after I had to trash them.

looks wide
Made my feet large and looks tight on the top and I have bony feet still had to go larger but it looked huge not really a good look. But quality is great

Sizing and Quality Inconsistent
Beautiful leather but I’ve found the sizing and quality not dependable even within one style, Gallito. Beek talks of contributing to charity w each purchase but please start w the buyer in delivering a sandal that’s worth the hype.

Inconsistent sizing
The tan version fit well but the black version in the same size was at least 1 full size smaller, in addition to looking like it was manufactured differently.

Pretty slide but with a few issues
I am realizing that Beek slides are not for me. I have been searching for a neutral, leather slide that is sleek and had good arch support. This slide is pretty, and the leather is a good quality, it’s sleek and feminine. However, the arch support is lacking (I have a high arch and often wear Vionics), and the arch support for this sandal is not quite high enough to support my arch. Also, they make a sucking noise when I walk in them. For a sandal at this price point, I’m not willing to live with that. Returning them.

I own 7 pairs of these so yes, I recommend them
I'm a huge fan of Beek and their shoes. The memory foam insole is insanely comfortable and I love the colors they release each season. As I said in the title, I own seven pairs of these - yes, it's an addiction. They are great to walk in, and they are not too snug (I don't have a wide foot but I have an issue if a shoe is cut narrow). Beyond all of that - this is a small California-based business owned by two women - and I love supporting their vision.
