beautiful dress, disgusting service
I found this dress in at 31&6 Nordstrom rack in NY, tried it on in store. It looked beautiful. But I noticed a small hole on the left side. They did not have another one in store, so I ordered it online for store pick up just to receive the same dress with this hole and now also a stain. Are you kidding me? Does anyone even look at the item before selling it? Such a shame, Nordstrom rack 31st and 6th ave.
