never been this disappointed
I order quite often from the rack, received this beautiful hourglass brown jacket only to find no tags on it put into a shipping bag and I thought while it is on sale, although still basically $100 I go to put it on discover both the shoulder pads are in the sleeves. I’m assuming they’re both there cause they’re together, but it’s completely enclosed lining so I have no way of knowing looks worn returned and shipped out to me. Tried three times to call customer care only need to get hung up on extremely disappointed.

not sure what to say
I really was wanting this to work but like another reviewer pointed out it is very 80's cut. The shoulder pads are ridiculous & I have plenty of blazers with soldier pads. It does give you a nice hourglass fit but the shoulders are so sharp. This is definitely not for everyone. Returning.
