Pleated Midi Skirt

I bought this skirt as a more conservative option for church but have been playing around with layering and altering the length with safety pins and I ADORE it. The pleating is v good and the quality is extremely durable. I recommend for sure. The picture doesn’t show the length but it goes to a little above the ankle w no alterations

I read both of the previous reviews. One claiming about vanity sizing, and the other stating they sized down due to that review. I ordered an extra small, and my waist typically measures 25 inches. This skirt was too big for me, when I measured the inside of the screen near the waist, it came out to about 28 inches. It’s possible there’s like a quality control issue with the sizing. Other than that, this skirt is super cute. I will most likely get it taken in because I do like the style, a r it’s a nice material.

I ordered this skirt and sized down due to the previous reviewer alleging that this is vanity sizing and she would have to take her skirt in. I’m a 27-28 waist and the small was far too small. I will have to send it back and get a medium. They run true to size. I like the material and the pleats are nicely done.

This is a beautifully made skirt in a great fabric. Pleats all around give it a lovely retro look. Unfortunately not flattering on my shape since it accentuates my tummy but if you don't have that issue definitely give it a try! It is a great fall/winter style that looks much more expensive than it is.
