Great Features
I like the quality of the boots. They are very wearable with skirts as well as jeans! I think they were a great choice and value. The boots are adorable and different from the other FatBaby boots.

Opening around ankle too wide
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so sad to write this review. The boot is so beautiful and so well made. The cushion couldn't be more comfortable but there is a major flaw- the opening shaft around the ankle and heel is massive. My ankle and heel are average size and they slip right out. I measured the opening which is roughly 5 inches long, that's over an inch wider than my Eddie bauers, Columbia or ugg boots. I'll have to buy a special insole or heel grip to make these work. If you have average size ankles and not planning on wearing a few pairs of thick socks and pants, I recommend going with another model.

Ariat is where it's at!
I'm rough on foot wear but the Ariat Fatbaby Slouch boots are holding up to my daily tasks on the farm. From digging holes, to planting the garden, to working with the live stock. My Ariat boots are comfortable on my feet & no longer hurt after a long 12+ hour day. All of my future purchases for foot wear will be Ariat! Nice fit with a great insole
