Top Handle Box Tote Bag

The picture displayed was deceiving as far as the size of the purse. I wasted gas coming out to pick it up and the cashier was not welcoming from the beginning to the end of our encounter. I also had no idea that shipping would not be returned and I had to talk to a manager then call customer service and thankfully she refunded the shipping charges as this was my first and probably my last time ordering online.
