Disappointed in Nordstrom care and quality
The box was torn. Shoes were scuffed and covered with lint or dust. Looks like they were pulled out of the trash. I never tried them on but I had to select the fit to go to the next page.

Stunning Dress Shoe
Based on other reviews I ordered my normal size 9, as well as a 9.5. Returned the 9.5 as it slipped in the back while walking. The heel height is great - not too high. They felt great when I tried them on- no slipping, and toe area felt good. Wore them for the first time last week. The toe box really pinched my toes, and the shoes shredded the back of my heels. I ended up with four Band-Aids on them the next day. I'm going to stretch the toe area once more with shoe stretchers and rub glide on the heels with the next wear. I'm not giving up, although nervous about how many wears to break them in. Wish me luck.

Too small, do beautiful
I like the quality of this brand and own at least six pairs of their shows. However, they have an on-going sizing problem...inconsistently sized or consistently small. I even ordered half size up based on reviews.
