Sent wrong boots, wouldn’t exchange
I was sent the wrong pair of boots. When I went into the store to exchange them, they said all they could do was return and I’d have to order a new pair myself. When I explained that I didn’t want to pay the shipping fee (since the boots don’t meet the minimum spend requirement for free shipping), the sales associates pressured me to get a Nordstrom credit card to qualify for free shipping. When I said I wasn’t interested, they told me I’d need to call and figure out a solution with customer service.

Fit so small
The boots fit so small. I wear size 7.5 but love to wear size 8 for boots because I don't like wearing tight boots. Size 8 of this boot feels like wearing size 7; it doesn't feel right, and it is also too tight for my feet. I'm not a keeper on this; sending it right back.
