I was appalled to receive boots that were clearly used and worn. This is unacceptable and deeply disappointing, especially from a retailer like Nordstrom.

Clearly Not a 10!
I received these boots in the wrong size. I ordered a 10 and received a size 40 which is a 9. When I called customer service to report the issue the rep didn’t know how to address the problem. Super disappointed that Nordstrom can’t figure out how to convert and include the proper sizing, it actually has the conversion on the box!!
