Winston Wingtip Derby (Men)

I bought a pair of shoes from the same company before, and they had a much better presentation than these more expensive ones. This pair came without a box—just placed inside a Nordstrom fabric bag. That made me feel like the company doesn’t care about their higher-end products. When I asked for the box, the employee told me the shoes arrived without one. I mentioned that I had purchased several pairs in the past, and he replied, “He shipped several shoes in the past.” It was a very unprofessional response. I don’t understand how Nordstrom can sell such expensive products while showing so little attention to detail or customer care.
