Not the typical nice and heavy AE's you may be used to.

Look great, not so comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoe's appearance is quite appealing, showcasing a great Design. Its quality seems to be very good, you can see the high quality materials were used. Unfortunately, the fit was problematic, which is disappointing, was recommended to size up because they run small. The narrow design and and bigger size just didn't do it for me, shoe seem long and uncomfortable. Hopefully, adjustments to the sizing or design can be made in the future.

Decent looks, not very comfortable.
Ordered 1/2 size larger as recommended by Allen Edmonds, but slight too big. Hurts right below ankle, as if the shoe is too stiff in that area. Leather is good quality, sole is good, not very soft/comfortable though. Versatile in that it can be worn with anything. Wouldn't say they are true Allen Edmonds quality though, you can tell they are imports.

Nice but very hard to get my foot in.
This shoe looks nice and is comfortable once you get it on. It runs a bit smaller than my other AE shoes. It is very hard to get it on even with a thin sock and a shoe horn. The back of the shoe is very stiff and tight. The lacing doesn't open up enough to allow room to slip into. Once I get it on, it does not feel too small. I keep hoping that it will get easier as I break them in but I still struggle to get my feet in them. I bought them at a clearance price so I still think it is a good value.

Great look, not so much on comfort.
