Comfortable. Beautiful. Thick leather.
I love these. They fit like a glove. Very comfortable. Leather is thick. Well constructed.
Only issues seemed some indentation on leather. I was able to rub it out with my thumb to show. I was initially concerned. Problem solved.

Bad exeperince
I waited 6 days for these boots because I needed them for a special occasion…only to find a damaged, scratched pair that clearly no one even bothered to inspect before shipping.
To make it worse, the price online showed $199 ($220 with tax), but the boots arrived with a $179 price sticker still attached. So not only did I get a defective product, but also an overcharged one.
I called customer service twice, and all they offered was a return ..which would cost almost $10 for the return label, or I could go spend forever in an in-store line. No compensation, just sorry and no solution, just “return it.”
This was a total waste of my time and a really frustrating experience. I expected better quality control and basic customer care..

Great boots, suede looks better in person
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up the Higgins Mill zip boots recently and I’m really happy with them. I was kind of on the fence because I thought the suede might look too distressed/rugged based on the photos, but in person, the leather is much cleaner and not nearly as rough as I feared.
Aside from the looks, the fit is perfect and they're super comfortable. The side zip is a nice bonus for lazy mornings, too. Definitely a keeper.

Good fit for people with wide forefoot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfortable boot. The toe box/ball-of-foot area are significantly wider than any model based on the 65 last, which gives room for people with a wider forefoot. I've been wearing these boots all day long at least 2 or 3 days a week and have felt perfectly comfortable in them.

Higgins Mill weather proof zip -Lug sole
Comfortable out of the box no break in needed. Consistency in 360 storm welt. Wore my boots in NYC Xmas walking all day in very cold weather. My feet was warm, walking on lug sole great traction and comfy. I highly recommend this boot. Will buy again next year with dainite sole.
