Higgins Mill Lug Zip Boot

I waited 6 days for these boots because I needed them for a special occasion…only to find a damaged, scratched pair that clearly no one even bothered to inspect before shipping. To make it worse, the price online showed $199 ($220 with tax), but the boots arrived with a $179 price sticker still attached. So not only did I get a defective product, but also an overcharged one. I called customer service twice, and all they offered was a return ..which would cost almost $10 for the return label, or I could go spend forever in an in-store line. No compensation, just sorry and no solution, just “return it.” This was a total waste of my time and a really frustrating experience. I expected better quality control and basic customer care..
