Bad exeperince
I waited 6 days for these boots because I needed them for a special occasion…only to find a damaged, scratched pair that clearly no one even bothered to inspect before shipping.
To make it worse, the price online showed $199 ($220 with tax), but the boots arrived with a $179 price sticker still attached. So not only did I get a defective product, but also an overcharged one.
I called customer service twice, and all they offered was a return ..which would cost almost $10 for the return label, or I could go spend forever in an in-store line. No compensation, just sorry and no solution, just “return it.”
This was a total waste of my time and a really frustrating experience. I expected better quality control and basic customer care..

Conceptually cool, practically unappealing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on the website is super misleading compared to what I received. The leather is supposed to looked semi distressed - I get that. However, there were portions missing, it eas supposed to be suede but got regular leather and it was not a good look at all, returned asap

Comfort and Rugged
I like these boots for the comfort and quality. The price was $199.97 and the shoes were delivered with a tag that was $179.97. Customer service made the adjustment, but I read another review where the exact same thing happened with the misleading price. Please adjust the price on the APP.

Great boots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pair of Higgins Mill boots. Like the others these needed a little break in to truly get comfortable. I love the lug sole and the look it provides. I get compliments on them almost every time I wear them.

Comfortable and roomy for wide foot
I really like these boots. They are comfortable and roomy. Feel sturdy for the winter and like the husk color- versatile for both black and brown outfits. I'm a fan of the easy-on, easy-off with the zipper as well
