Disappointed!!!
I understand this was a final sale item, but final sale should not mean receiving shoes that appear previously worn or damaged. My pair arrived fully laced, with visible scuff marks and signs of handling that made them look used rather than new. The packaging was also inadequate for a premium Allen Edmonds product, resulting in a disappointing unboxing experience. If an item is final sale, customers should still expect to receive it in new condition unless otherwise disclosed.
