Wool Piper 2 Sneaker (Men)

I bought these thinking they would be as awesomely comfortable as my Trail Runners. They are not. At all. They are stiff, narrow and not comfortable. The times I've worn them and had to walk any distance I got a blister on my toe from my toes crammed together. . . and I have narrow feet. One star, though I will give an extra star for the color and style.

So complaints, I have several pairs of a similar shoe in canvas. This wool version runs a tiny bit smaller (basically I have to wear thinner socks with it or go sockless, which is no big deal), but they feel sturdier (I have a canvas pair about a year old and have already worn a hole in the top of the canvas).

I have a triple E width foot and not much of an arch to speak of being flat footed so it's always been difficult for me to find shoes. I got a discount to try these out and I absolutely love the color of them. They do run a bit narrow for them to be comfortable for all day wear. The materials used on the heel and sole of the shoe are quite comfortable, even more so then any other shoe over the years I've had but they just run too narrow to not have some discomfort.
