Piper 2 Sneaker (Women)

This is my first pair of Allbirds and it was an Instagram impulse buy and a very good one at that. The shoes are extremely comfortable and there is no break-in period. They're great for running around town doing errands etc and I've even taken a three mile walk in them although I don't think they're really designed for exercise per se. The one problem I do have with them is that one of the days when I wore them the roads were wet and every time I would walk, water would be kicked up on the back of my legs. I've never had that happen before with a pair of shoes so I'm not sure what's going on but every time I would step, rainwater would end up on the back of my legs, kicked up from each step. It must have something to do with the way the sole is shaped that's the only thing I can think of and the only reason why I would not buy another pair of this particular style. Other than that I did wear them to an event that was very dusty and then threw them in the washing machine and they turned out beautifully. I will definitely try another style of Allbirds in the future.
