Never arrived

I ordered this beautiful top and was so excited about it. This was my first Alice and Olivia purchase. Nordstrom rack used the delivery service CDL. I received an email saying that my package was dropped off on a weekday at 7:20am. The package was never dropped off (according to my building's cameras). Such a disappointment. I recommend picking up all orders at the nordstrom rack store to avoid this issue.
