I put this dress on and it fit perfectly. I am a size 4 and 5'5" and the 4 fit perfectly. It was a tiny bit long so I am getting it shortened.

dress runs small.
I started with size 14, had to return it as it was too snug. I went to size 16 but is still too small. have to reorder size 18. I'm a size 14 on my other clothing.
