Crinkle vs. Wrinkle

Pretty color, the blue is beautiful. The material used was nice. But the "crinkle" just made it look like it you grabbed it out of a laundry basket and needed to be ironed. Didn't care for that look. I was constantly tugging on it when I tried it on because it kept riding up.
