Defective strap

It was defective my mother almost lost her purse because the strap broke I took it back to Clovis store and the sales representative did not even acknowledge what I was saying I was so disappointed it was a Christmas gift for my mom.

Hardware doesn’t hold up

Disappointed in this. The leather is good and size overall. But the way the hardware attaches the strap to the bag broke after a couple uses. Nordstrom’s said it was outside the return timeframe so I’m with a bag I can’t use.
