Soft leather, but very poor shipping practices
I was so excited about this purse. I thought it would be perfect for fall. But it arrived in a box that was much too small for it and the leather was very crumpled and wrinkly. I tried to smooth it out, but wasn’t successful so I ended up returning it.

Great for travel
Used this bag when I traveled to London and Paris. I stored my wallet in the flapped compartment as to not get pickpocketed easily. A lot of compartments and the bag held A LOT of items, including a 16oz bottle of water. It handled a lot of wear and tear during my 12 day trip. The leather seemed a bit dried out by the end of the trip.

Impossible to keep clean
The purse itself is really cute. I got it in grey, and it's a very soft suede. However, anything it touches sticks to it. Within a few weeks, the purse was absolutely filthy, and it was very difficult to clean the material. I tried everything. I can't use it anymore; it looks disgusting!

Inaccurate to pictures
The inside is not accurate to the pictures. I have this bag in another color and love the bag itself but was disappointed that the purse did not have the leopard print interior as depicted in the pictures as its letters and tan lining instead.
