I didn’t expect to have holes develop on these jeans. On the tummy and on the backside. I’ve had to mend them twice already.

Ah! I’ve had these a few months and they’ve been my go to but they’ve also torn in the same spot everyone else is reporting. Such a bummer

Ripped near pocket
As other reviewers said, mine ripped in the exact same spot—near the back right pocket. I’m so glad I was home when it happened. Could have been a disaster! I usually only buy AG and this is was a huge disappointment.

I bought these jeans for full price, they ripped, I loved them so much I bought them on sale too. I washed on cold and hung dry. They ripped again in less than 1 month. I’m so sad because I absolutely love them. My favorite fitting jeans this is insane for such expensive jeans.

Authentic look, skimpy waist
IMO AG runs a size smaller (I prefer a 27 in most brands) generally so maybe it runs true for the brand. The difference between the 27 & 28 was stark, but the 28 fit in the waist. Don't care for this brand in a high-waist; style doesn't seem good for straighter figures. The fabric looks like an authentic distress, lighter weight better for fall or even spring. Maybe that's why they're on sale; hard pass for me.
