Allegra Floral Semisheer Chiffon Maxi Skirt

This is a pretty skirt. It’s floor length on me (size large and I’m 5’5”). I might have kept it if I could wear it higher on my waist, but it is lined with a panty that is not removable, and the panty constricts how high you can wear the skirt. The panty is terrible. It’s an uncomfortable fabric and just weird. Makes the skirt fit weird. I saw nothing about the panty in the description. Other than panty, the skirt is unlined and rather sheer. I would not consider the panty as “partial lining.”Didn’t work for me.
