Festive and Fun
I originally ordered this skirt in a size small but at 5'1 and 130 pounds, it was too much skirt for me... and it hit me too long. I re-ordered in a small petite and it was perfect! The waist was *slightly* tighter in the petite than the regular, but it didn't require me to size up or anything like that. I personally did not feel that the skirt is low quality. I love how whimsical and flowy it is, and sparkles like crazy.

This skirt was just ok. It sat at a weird spot and ultimately hung too low on the waist for me. The waist band had no stretch which caused it to slide lower than I’d like. Unfortunate I have to return since it didn’t work right for me.
