Disappointed Customer
After the reading the 5 star reviews I thought I could not go wrong, oh was I wrong. The bag arrived in plastic bag, opened it, the smell almost made me faint. It was so bad I had to open the windows. I thought it would get better but it didn’t. The material is cheap and the bag is smaller than the picture on the site. The odds, I received it with UPS and the return is through FedEx .

Love My Bag!
A much better alternative to smooth leather or vegan leather totes!! Simple but looks intricate and luxurious with the texture.
