NOT leather-see description and look at Boot
I am so disappointed. These are NOT leather. Nothing on the boot or the box says leather. Please re-read the description on the web page where it says that the manufacturer can change the materials. Well, they did. Very stiff and very cheap.

Don’t order Uggs from Nordstrom Rack
The boots came in a box unwrapped and the boots were not stuffed to keep the shape of the boots. The box had a rubber band around it. I have purchased Uggs many times before and the appearance was a mess. I was ashamed to give it as a gift. So I called customer service to complain They said they would not my concerns and they apologized bc the boots should have never been sent out like that. I sent the boots back and reordered them again and the 2nd pair came the same way, unwrapped and not stuffed. I kept for myself bc I am tried of returning them. I will the next pair from Uggs website. Very disappointed.

These are my third pair of this UGG, and while I love the boot, the photo shows these as more cognac colored. They are not. The color is a ruddy brown. Not terrible but also not as they appear.

I can't wait to really wear these!
They're so cute and comfy!! They do run small and I wish they had the half size I need, because they next whole size is a LITTLE large. If I'd gotten my usual size, they have been too small though. The whole size up is just a little loose too. I wore them around the house to try them out and they're nice! I can tell they're warm because my feet got warm just wearing them around the house, in the ac. They're really comfy and I think a thick pair of socks and some tight laces will do just great!!

I purchased the Uggs for my daughter. Her freshman year this fall in Colorado 2024. I have been looking at the Uggs boots for 2 years. The boots was on sale/ her size 7. I jump on it fast. I also went up one size. She LOVE the black boots. She has been wearing the boots so far in Jan 2024. The weather here 0 and - degrees and her feet are nice and warm.
