And by size down I mean I'm 5'11, broad shoulders, long torso, 265 pounds and the Large fits perfect, but some still might think it's too long as it hides half my rear. Now, that being said I have a lot of muscle and not much of a gut and zipping this up was the tough part because as you can see from my pic (if they posted it) the zipper pull side is about 3" away from the side with teeth. So suck it in. But once I got it zipped, it was really comfortable, didn't feel tight, and I could move my arms without it feeling like it's grabbing me. TLDR; The Large fits like an XL.
