Runfalcon 5 Running Sneaker (Women)

I went running in these shoes and it was not a good experience at all. I say these shoes are more for strength training indoors at home or at a gym. The heel area is very wide so it helps you balance, but these are definitely not good running shoes. This is much better for lower body strength training. I will not be running in these shoes again, once was enough to know. I will only use these for my strength training sessions. I will likely stick to my other brand of running shoes since I’ve been disappointed with Adidas running shoe.
