Do not purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dear Adidas Customer Service,
I’m very disappointed with my recent order. Both pairs of shoes arrived in the correct size; however, they are extremely narrow and did not fit properly. I wasn’t even able to close them—the Velcro wouldn’t reach.
For reference, my son does not have wide feet, so this was unexpected. Additionally, the shoes feel very stiff and uncomfortable.
Given these issues, I would like to request a refund. Please let me know the next steps to process this.

sturdy fit no rubbing. runs correct size. very stylish. my daughter's say the best thing is the back lip is flexible and doesn't rub the back of ankle.
