I found these shoes: Fresh Foam 860, width 4E, to be Excellent as I use AFO for my left foot drop condition. I find them most comfortable to wear. I will another pair for out doors.

Poor quality but very comfortable shoe
Had them one week and there’s a hole in the top of the shoe already. Clearly made of cheap material that can’t uphold a child simply running around on playground equipment.

Comfortable Shoes
Great cushioning, roomy toe box, reasonable price. While the 680s, with their round toe box, have the best fit, they have very little cushioning. These 860s are the best I've owned so far.

Pretty shoes
Had to return. For me , the back sides of New Balance Kids 860v13 shoes were not cut low enough to accommodate the cuboid bones.
