Upset don’t buy
Insoles came out the first day of wearing and are all creased now. Looks like the glue is just rubbing off. Very annoyed. They’re super thin insoles. I also have bleeding heels from the rubbing. After wearing them for a half day, they look like they’re months old now. Wish I could return.

The chocolate color and the leather were lovely, but these were too long and wide in my regular 8 narrow. I didn't love these on, anyway. The high vamp reminded me of Daisy Duck shoes.

Between sizes, not quality
I was between sizes and ended up having to size down, but this made them too uncomfortable. My arches would kill me after wearing and they would rub on my heel. I also found that the inside liner wasn’t glued to the bottom of the shoe so would fold under my foot and flip up during wear which was annoying. Maybe flats just aren’t for me, but I’d spend money on a more quality brand next time.

Good looking shoe with a peculiar fit.
I liked the simple elegance of this shoe but the sole of the shoe was uneven. Possibly I received shoes with a defect. It felt like there were pieces of cardboard in the shoe - but there weren't. I sent them back.
