We appreciate your review of the cooking pan. The pan will experience wear over time and use. To ensure the longevity of the pan, please make sure to only use the rice spatula included, clean the pan as soon as you are done using it to prevent any cooked rice from drying on the surface, and to always hand wash it with a soft sponge and a mild dishwashing liquid. However, if replacement pans are needed they are available on our Parts & Accessories shop on our website Zojirushi.com
