seems used

The pillow covers arrived in a box that was far too small and bulging. When I opened the box, the pillows were not in any packaging. One of them is matted and appears to be used, then returned. The pillow covers smell awful. I’m returning them. If they were new and packaged properly, I would have kept them.

set does not match Nordstrom will not return

By the time I noticed they do not match they were 45 days past the return window. Different sizes, by 2 inches. Significant difference in length of fur, though color matched. Long time customer-asked to escalate for defect, wont return.
