Cooke rice got spoiled and smell really bad.
We purchased this rice cooker less than a year ago. It worked really well for up to ~9 months. It’s easy to operate and the rice came out perfectly and it stayed fresh and warm in the cooker for up to 3 days. However, after 9 months, after the rice is cooked, it started to get soaked and smell really bad in the rice cooker after 8 hours. Contacted customer service and they said since it has passed 45 days for return and therefore there’s nothing they could do. Very disappointed because we expected electronics should last at least for couple of years.

No Frills, Perfect Rice Every Time
I had an older version of this for many years and loved it. But when it finally broke, I tried to use my Instant Pot to make rice, but was really unhappy with the results (even burned the rice a few times).
