soft backpack

I really love this backpack. It is soft and padded and has room for my laptop! So, I think I made a good purchase.

bad quaility,

Bought for my daughter who is not very hard on stuff but we had to throw away. Within the first month the metal around the elastic broke then 3 months of use and zipper has broke on the backpack that we can not close it.

Won’t last

This bag is very light weight and cute but the zipper is horrible. Very cheap. I’m on a long trip and my bag is very inconvenient as the zip keeps getting stuck

Poor quality

The zipper metal piece broke off and zipper kept getting caught. Only used it 2 times.

Not well made

Should have trusted the reviews... ripped on the first trip I took it on, and the zipper caught constantly! Too bad because it is cute and a great color, but not well made at all :(
