Devon Super 110s Serge Trousers

I am SO disappointed...I went to a larger Nordstrom fairly close to home to try these cream colored Devomn Super 110's Serge Trousers. The online description says that they are "partially lined." Traditionally that means all around the front and back and down to the knees. I tried on these pants in the Nordstrom fitting room. I happened to have been wearing some medium gray underwear. When I turned sideways to get a profile view of myself in these great looking pants, I was surprised and confused that I saw my gray underwear quite visually present coming through the cream colored fabric. I can only imagine what a striped or patterned dress shirt would cause. I was so angry that I drove 5 times as far to actually try these on, that I just took them off "fast" and walked out of the fitting room without looking "inside" the pants. But...it didn't matter. Wherever the supposed "partial lining" is, it is not in the sides and seat of these pants. PLEASE NOTE: It is no accident that the online presentation of these pants shows the model in a "white" shirt ( a bad look with cream pants). Zanella made a huge mistake not lining these pants properly in "all" the necessary places. I just handed the pants to the sales guy, and said: No thanks...they are NOT partially lined per the online description. Granted...I could wear white underwear, but I would likely wear a lighter blue shirt, maybe a coral or peach or pink shirt, with my navy blazer. The blazer would hide the see through fabric problem as long as I kept my sport coat on. But...at certain events and occasions, I might take off my sport coat to dance or cool down at a Summer outdoor party. So...I would instantly reveal to the world how thin and see-through these pants are. I SO, SO wanted these pants, but not when they have been improperly lined.
