Awesome, versatile and most important... safe

I own another traditional mandolin and although I’ve been lucky enough to never seriously hurt myself, it finally broke. When I saw this one, I was on it. It is built differently than others and another great feature is not having to store a bunch of other plates to achieve other slices or cuts. Everything is built in and super easy to use. This is the best product design for this function and I strongly suggest buying this design as it will keep your digits safe and food sliced and diced perfectly.

Easy to use

If you pay attention to the photo on the box , the mandolin is very easy to use.

Easy to use, but definitely take time to read the directions

This is a very easy mandolin slicer to use once you figure out how to use it. Definitely recommend taking the time to read the directions and also look at the pictures that are in the instruction manual. As far as the little food catcher, there was a groove that it fits in.. also the top rotates so that it opens and closes the blade so you don’t have to worry about having to touch the blade
