Freezes stuck to the bottom

The ice cream mixture freezes solid to the bottom. I’ve tried pouring in once it has started to churn and making sure the mixture is cold. Very disappointing because the design looks like an improvement from the previous model.

Pretty good electric ice cream maker

I've only tried 3 recipes and have gotten excellent results once, good results another time, and was very disappointed the third time. Sometimes the ice cream mixture freezes solid and ice-like in a 1/8" thick layer to the bottom and sides of the ice cream maker, then it doesn't churn well. But when it works as advertised it churns air into the ice cream and creates something as good as what I can buy at the grocery store. Need to start logging what I am making and how it is working.

Great little ice cream maker

Great little machine! Seems to do exactly what it says it will. If you follow the instructions and recipes it makes the ice cream exactly as it says it will. Very convenient and will definitely need to be purchasing lids for the ice cream I can’t eat.

Amazing little ice cream maker

I've only tried one (vegan) recipe, but the ice cream maker worked as advertised. Only problem is that as I went to eat it, the coconut ice cream froze pretty solidly to the mug and it was hard to get the last 1/4" thickness of ice cream off the surface of the mug because it was frozen rock solid.Gotta try a real ice cream with cream and egg yolks and see how well it incorporates air.

Quick and easy

Made two batches so far. Works very well but pay attention to the amounts of ingredients.I do 3/4 cup for the Mug version.Very happy with it and I also have the Pint version.
