The machine is small and fits right into my kitchen. It is light weight, yet sturdy and works well. The shaved ice comes out nicely and adds a nice texture to my drinks. The only downside is the ice blocks I have to make before being able to use it. Overall, loved it.

Disappointing performance and not worth the effort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly really disappointed with the Dash Pro Shaved Ice, Soft Serve, Slushy Machine. My grandkids were over and we were so excited to make slushies, but after taking nearly an hour, and seeing the results, they were over the excitement. First of all, it took way too long just to make two small bowls, which was frustrating right from the start. I'm not sure if something was off with the blade, but it just didnt shave the ice very efficiently.
I tried both the coarse and fine settings, and honestly, there was no noticeable difference between the two - it all came out looking the same. On top of that, as soon as you pour syrup over the ice, it melts super fast. To get a decent-sized portion, you'd basically have to shave an entire block of ice, from the mold, which would take forever.
Another downside is you have to hold the power button down the entire time and it makes so much noise. After awhile, your hand gets tired, and it just makes the whole process even more inconvenient. Cleaning isn't much of an issue since you're only using ice.
Overall, this isn't something I'll be using again or recommending. It just didnt deliver the results I was expecting.

Bulky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t love this product. It is quite bulky and takes up a lot of space. It requires a lot of prep time to then prepare anything and don’t love that either. It is a bit challenging to set up and takes a lot of effort to make 2 small servings of ice cream.

Small but mighty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a cool product to be able to try for free from Influenster. I only tried a traditional shave ice, but I think there are a lot more possibilities. It was small in size but mighty in power to shave ice. I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Best shaved ice at home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My childrens was Very excited with this dash pro shaved ice machine. It's a very cool machine. Come with 2 containers to make the perfect size ice. It is very easy to put together and understand the instructions. We all enjoyed this refreshing and icy drink. I add apple juice. And another with strawberry lemonade and was delicious. Thank you so much.

Love my snow cones!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this project! It’s a pretty big machine but it closes up nice & has a great strap to downsize it when done. It is easy to use and put together. The ice is pretty easy to shave but it does get stuck at times. I do not know what to do if the blade is not sharp enough - will continue to use!

Not Worth It
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed by this Dash Pro Shaved Ice Machine. After 15 minutes plus of pressing down the button (in increments), the ice in my cup was simply not worth it. The texture was also weird.. it looked and felt wispy like cotton candy but melted, obviously. About half the ice puck produced 1/4 (if that) of ice in my mug. I did find letting the ice puck sit out on the counter for at least 10 minutes before starting helped it shave easier. The machine parts are easy to clean and take apart. The look of this machine is sleek and being able to take it apart for storage is a great feature. Unfortunately, I will not keep using this product in my home but after some upgrades, like maybe adding more blades for an even shave, I'd be willing to try again.
