Ultra Lush Madison Crossover Flare Leggings

I received these as a gift and when I went to try them on for fit for the first time, a hole tore in the waist from pulling them on. They were the correct size - not too small. I immediately returned them the same week and let the associate know what happened. She asked her manager how to mark them and the manager said, we typically don't take products back after they have been worn. I AGAIN explained I simply ONLY tried them on and the quality is so poor that a hole appeared from a try-on. They repeated themselves, They typically don't accept items after they've been worn. I again repeated myself! Note: the tags were still attached without creases. *Cincinnati Nordstrom associates and management- please see other reviews! Ridiculous. However, I did keep the matching long sleeve top which has held up after TRULY wearing it AND washing it THIS week!
