worst product ive purchase
horrible product, failed after two years after limited used while storing in climate controlled closet. pleased do youself a favor and buy elsewhere, they do not support their products

Thanks for your feedback. Please know that it's possible that the battery of your JBL Xtreme 3 is losing its capacity. Volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, please know that the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the maximum published playtime (15 hours). Please contact us for further assistance.

I have had this speaker for about 8 years!! Great use daily. I'm not real technical and it is as easy as one could make it be. Just attach to Bluetooth and play away.

Powerful sound; Personalization OK.
Powerful sound and portability-- these are the most important things. Only gave it 4 starts because the personalization is just OK- the colors weren't exact. The text is readable so I'm happy with my design regardless, but I expected a bit better print out of the background colors I had selected.

Very, very happy
I bought two, I tend to wander from one room to another so I use the Partyboost feature (it's just the press of a button!) and set them in the front and back of the house. The quality is amazing and they can be plenty loud. Battery life is impressive as well, I feel like I never need to charge them!
