Disappointed in their customer support
Ordered online for in-store pickup and had multiple issues with different items, from missing accessories to damaged goods. Online support was unwilling to help and deferred to the local store. The only issue here is I live an hour away and the local store doesn't answer their phone. As an ambassador nordy club member I am disappointed in how they treat their customers when issues like this arise.

Looks good but shoddily made
Shoes look great but are not that comfy (had to replace insoles), and are poorly made. tabs on the back have torn and the tongue is glued in and has come loose.
