Not a Nordstrom Rack Dress
This dress is very low quality. It is a pretty color and cute style however it is cut uneven and feels like plastic. It appears to be a "boutique brand" comparable to Shein clothing. I am extremely disappointed that such poor quality had appeared to be sold by Nordstrom Rack when it is possibly a third party shipper. No Nordstrom Rack tags and the dress arrived massively wrinkled. This dress should not be priced over $9.99. So aggravating.
