Wide-Sweep Denim Trousers

These jeans are cute on. A statement piece you likely won’t wear them often. Run long but look great with a wedge if you’re short like me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these in my usual size Madewell size of 25. After a few wears, it did relax a bit. I don’t usually wash my Madewell jeans very often, but this pair I washed before it had gotten too loose. It seemed to do the trick! The length was a bit too long for me before washing (i’m 5’4”) but now the length is perfect! I’ve gotten a few compliments on them and they’re very comfy!

Loved the trouser look, the wash, and the seam detail, but these just didn't hit the mark for me. I found the waist to be too large while the thigh area was a tad tight. They were uncomfortable while sitting as well. They were long for me, but would be great with a heel or platform sneaker. I'm a pear shape, 103 lb and 5' and bought both the 24p and 23p. The 24p was perfect in the thigh but had a few inches of gap in the waist. The 23p was slightly loose in the waist but tight in the thigh.
