Beautiful spring/summer dress
I love French Connection brand, and I specifically love this whisper light dress! I have it in 3 colors and it’s pretty much my go-to dress for any occasion! I’ve worn this dressed up with strappy sandals, and also in a casual way, with my Gucci flip flops and a denim jacket. I’ve worn this dress for work with a blazer, and on a casual Sunday brunch with a light sweater. It runs true to size for me. Beautiful material and is well made. Every fashionista needs this classic dress!

I liked a lot about this dress. I’m typically a size 4 and the 4 fit me as expected. Contrary, to the reviews I’m reading I felt it was true to size. I’m 5’4, 120 lbs. Bra size: 34B, waist: 26.5, hips: 37.
I liked the material, the length of the skirt, the color. So why didn’t it fit? The torso was off for me. It would’ve fit somebody with a longer torso perfectly. On me it bunched up in the middle. For reference, my proportions are pretty average.

Sizing is Way Off
This dress is cute, but the sizing is way off. I am usually a 2-4 and ordered a 6 after reading reviews that the dress runs small. The 6 was way too tight! I would've needed at least an 8. The dress is cute though. Also, disappointed that Nordstrom Rack doesn't refund shipping costs.

Cheaper at Nordstrom
I wear a size 6 in French Connection (5’4”, 140lbs for reference) and this was flattering. My only complaint was that the front wrinkled easily. It’s also worth noting that this exact dress in the exact same sizes and colors are available on Nordstrom’s website for $20 less with no sales or promotions going on. I wish I would have known because I typically expect Nordstrom Rack to have lower prices and not the other way around.
