Poor quality
I ordered this bag in both the black and the natural/black. I was extremely disappointed in the quality. And I couldn’t not figure out how to adjust the strap. These Raffia bags look like they came from a big box discount store. There is no way they are worth the suggested retail price of nearly $200 and they are not worth the price Rack is selling them for. Do not recommend. I will be returning both bags. Sorry I wasted the $9.95 it will cost me to mail them back.
