company shipped an empty package.
The company, this is not sold by Nordstrom directly, literally sent me an empty package. An envelope with an empty jewelry bag in it. No product. When I went to request a refund, I was told that the item was not eligible for refunds, even if the item was missing… Obviously, I reached out to Nordstrom directly and they resolved the problem. I do not recommend buying from the seller.
