Alameda Mary Jane Flat (Women)

This is the kind of shoe that I search for. I have medium arches, a wide toe box, and a narrow heel. I also have bunions. I measure as an 8 1/2, but I sized up to a 9 to allow for more room in the toe box. This is some slight slippage on the heel, but with the strap, I feel that it is a workable shoe for me. I like the leather upper and I can see wearing these with trousers, skirts, and shorts, so it's a versatile shoe. It skews a little on the dressier side, but I love them. In addition, the oatmeal color is a nice neutral color that will work with my wardrobe. In general, I would like Vionic to work on wider toe boxes as my toes feel ever so slightly squeezed in these.

I normally wear a 7.5 in Vionics, and these run a little small. A 8 would likely be too large though. Hoping they’ll stretch a little in the right places. Very good arch support and they’re not too stiff. They do rub my upper foot above my right toe and my heel. Again, hoping they’ll wear in a little more over time.
