Horrible Packaging
This is so bad, no shoe box for a shoe of $165??? Even if bought at a thrift store, the packaging won’t be this bad. The shoe was delivered just in a Nordstrom plastic bag. I believe Nordstrom’s standard is higher than this. Of course, on the way for return. Just bad service.

Too large
I love the look, but they seem to have been incorrectly sized. I wear an 8 and these fit like a 9. So wide and too long for an 8.
