Beautiful shoe but arrived worn
The shoe is very comfortable and chic, and that's what I expected. However, it was clearly worn before and not just "tried on around the house". I would expect Nordstrom Rack to inspect items that are returned and reject returns that have been worn. Now I'm stuck with it. The pair arrived today (on my birthday, no less) and the photos below were taken today as well. I noticed the amount of wear when I had already removed the stickers on one shoe in bad lighting.
